School Uniform

The school colour is royal blue.
We ask that parents send their children to school in clothing that is comfortable and appropriate for all activities. Children are encouraged to wear royal blue and white, the Duxford School colours. These can be worn with grey, black or navy trousers/skirts.
All clothing should be clearly marked with the name of your child.

School branded Uniform
Sweatshirts, cardigans, waterproof fleeces, bookbags, sun hats, white and blue polo shirts with the school aeroplane logo may be purchased via the school throughout the year. If you are unsure of the size you need, Mrs Fleet is happy to help before 11.00 am most mornings.
The Year 6 pupils have chosen the colour maroon for their sweatshirt or cardigan, still with the Duxford logo.

How to pay
Please make cheques payable to " Duxford C of E Community Primary School" and send orders into the school office. We have stock in school throughout the year and so are often able to provide uniform within a couple of days.
Painting Overall
All children will need suitable clothing for painting, e.g. an adult’s old shirt.
PE and Games Kit
Each child is required to have shorts (preferably navy or black), and a t-shirt (preferably royal blue or white). Parents will be advised of extra clothing for Outdoor PE in the Winter months. Plimsolls are also required from Easter of the child's Foundation year at school. All PE clothing should be kept in a named drawstring bag and retained in school.
In order to comply with health and safety regulations, all earrings must be removed before PE activities.
